Responsibilities
• Work on cutting-edge international projects and adapt to a vibrant multicultural team.
• Design, code, and support state-of-the-art web and mobile applications, ensuring performance, usability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate our solutions seamlessly, leveraging various protocols.
• Enhance large transactional and reporting-based databases, emphasizing efficiency and integration.
• Foster an environment of continuous growth and learning.
• Influence Natali Lanka's technical trajectory with your innovative ideas and hands-on experience.
• Handle periodic on-call duties and ensure timely response to out-of-band requests.
Requirements
• Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, adept at both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and related methodologies.
• Strong communication, mediation, and facilitation skills, collaborating effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA is a plus.
