Responsibilities
• Work on cutting-edge international projects and adapt to a vibrant multicultural team.
• Develop, implement, and optimize predictive and prescriptive models using advanced statistical, AI, and machine learning techniques.
• Design and construct data architectures and complex data sets from multiple sources.
• Drive data quality throughout all data and model development processes.
• Translate complex findings into a compelling narrative, visualizations, and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay abreast with the latest trends in data science, and contribute to team brainstorming and strategy sessions.
Requirements
• Proven experience in data science or a related role, catering to both entry-level and experienced candidates.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Scala, with a solid foundation in statistical analyses, machine learning algorithms, and data structures.
• Hands-on experience with data engineering tools, big data technologies, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent understanding of data modeling, data mining, and predictive analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning operationalization processes and Software Development Life Cycles for AI projects is a benefit.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and a passion for continuous learning.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but self-taught programmers with a proven ability to learn independently are also welcome.
• Strong communication skills, able to relay complex concepts to a diverse audience.
• Experience in specializations like NLP, Time Series Analysis, and Recommender Systems is advantageous.
