Responsibilities
• Work on cutting-edge international projects and adapt to a vibrant multicultural team.
• Design, code, and support state-of-the-art web and mobile applications, ensuring performance, usability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate our solutions seamlessly, leveraging various protocols.
• Enhance large transactional and reporting-based databases, emphasizing efficiency and integration.

• Influence Natali Lanka's technical trajectory with your innovative ideas and hands-on experience.
• Handle periodic on-call duties and ensure timely response to out-of-band requests.
Requirements
• Hands-on experience with Calypso platform development, integration, and configuration.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial products, trade lifecycle, and back-office processes.
• Demonstrable programming skills, especially in Java, with an in-depth grasp of OOPS concepts, multi-threading, collections, and more.
• Sound knowledge of SQL, Linux, scripting, and continuous delivery tools such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, and ANT. Exposure to platforms like Microsoft Azure would be a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail.
• Robust communication skills, capable of elucidating complex Calypso-related concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience in Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies is beneficial.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but self-taught programmers with a proven ability to learn independently are also welcome.
